How do credits work?
Every account starts with 80 credits and earns 5 more each day. Different features cost different amounts — chat is 1 credit per message, text generation is 3, compatibility checks are 8. Image and voice generation require a paid plan.
Why can't I generate images on the Free plan?
Image and voice generation use significantly more compute than text features. They're available on the Pro and Premium plans. You can upgrade anytime from your billing settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your dashboard, go to Billing, then Manage subscription. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update payment details.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't train on your conversations or share them with third parties. Your messages stay yours.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Account Settings, then Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed.
